India has found another weapon as a 2DG drug to combat corona infection. On Monday, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh handed over the corona vaccine 2DG prepared by DRDO to Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan. After this, this medicine was handed over to Dr. Randeep Guleria, Director of AIIMS on behalf of the Health Minister. On the occasion of the release of the medicine, Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said that this vaccine has been prepared in collaboration with DRDO and the leadership of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. This could be India's first fully indigenous vaccine, which will help in tackling the Corona crisis.
Not only this, Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the time of recovery from corona through this vaccine will be reduced. In addition, dependence on oxygen will also be reduced. Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that this drug will help fight the war with Corona not only in India but around the world. Harsh Vardhan said, "This drug will help in dealing with corona not only in India but in the whole world in the coming days." According to news agency ANI, this vaccine will be available in India from next week. 10,000 doses of this vaccine will be made available under the first batch. Over the years, many drugs, including Remadecivir, have been considered important for prevention from corona, but 2-DG is the first drug that is important to prevent corona. The Drugs Controller of India has approved this vaccine to be used in emergency cases on corona patients. It is being said that the use of this medicine will reduce the need for oxygen. In such a situation, this drug is considered to be important.
