Salman khan's film 'Radhey' earned108 crores on the first day
Mumbai. Salman Khan's much-awaited film 'Radhey: Your Most Wanted Bhai' may have got mixed response from the audience, but in terms of earnings, the film does not seem to be in loss anywhere. The movie had already set a viewership record. It has now been revealed that this movie earned about 108 crores rupees on the first day of release according to pay per view. Let me tell you that this movie of Salman was released Hybrid. That is, on the basis of pay per view in OTT, cinemas and satellite simultaneously. It is being said that now this model can prove to be a new option for Bollywood.
This is the math of earning
42 lakh people saw the film on the first day on Zee Studios, G5 and Zee Cineplex. According to Manish Kalra, Chief Business Officer of G5, the audience had to spend Rs 249 to watch a show within 6 hours of pressing the play button of the film. Accordingly, 108 crore rupees were earned on the first day. The movie grossed around 4.5 crores in overseas.

'Only 20 percent of films will come in theaters'
In a recent interview to Bollywood Hungama, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma claimed that only 20 percent of the movies will be released in theaters in the coming time. These will only be movies like Bahubali 2. In addition, 80 percent of the movies will be released on OTT and pay per view models. This will save the expenses of the producers and the audience will be able to watch the favorite movies according to their leisure time.

Gplex server crashed
Salman's 'Radhey' released on the occasion of Eid has set records in every field. With the release, such a large number of viewers gathered on Gplex that the server of the film's website had crashed for some time. According to Let's OTT Global, an agency tracking the OTT platform, 12.25 million people attempted to login to the website as soon as the movie was released at 12 noon, which the site's server could not handle.
